How Does It Work?

Our customized quotes are designed to match your family's unique transportation needs and ensure your family with the most amount of savings. Click here to receive a quote & schedule your child's transportation. It normally takes 2-3 days to process registration and assign a student to a route.
Complete Registration
Upon deciding to use our services, and before services can be provided we require clients to complete an application and registration fee . We charge a one time $100 registration fee. This fee covers the processing of payments, updating family information, monthly newsletter email, reminders of holidays, etc.
Upon receipt of application & registration, we will confirm your spot on one of our routes. Then schedule placement of your loved one on one of our routes, this takes approx 2-3 business days.
Have The Kids Ready to Go
Passengers must be prepared for pick up 5-10 minutes before the driver is scheduled to arrive. If the passenger is not prepared for pick up 5 minutes after the driver's arrival, it will be considered a cancellation with services rendered.
Meet Your Driver
We welcome families to chat & meet your driver. This will help put your mind at ease, knowing that your loved ones are in good hands. Apart from the occurrence of an unforeseen event, parents should look forward to their children being transported by the same safe, kid-friendly driver throughout their tenure of using our service.
Each driver has been carefully interviewed, screened & background checked. Upon assigning your route and vehicle, you will receive all necessary information for the driver assigned to your loved one. You will have the ability to talk with him/her as needed and at your convenience.
COVID PROTOCOLS
- We require all riders to continue to practice social distancing, keep mask on face covering mouth and noise.
- Zoom Drivers will continue to check temperatures daily.
- Zoom Drivers will sanitize all vehicles before and after each use.
- In accordance with CDC guidelines we ask that each passenger complete their COVID Protocol checklist before each ride.
- If you feel any symptoms related to COVID19 we ask that you stay home and stay safe.
How Do I Make Payment
All services are pre-paid on the first of each month. We pro-rate for school holidays and this will be included in the monthly invoice. An email and text with invoice of services are sent on a monthly basis. We accept electronic payments via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Credit Cards. Late fees accrue at $10 per day. For your convenience, electronic payment details are included in each invoice.
Rider Agreement
- There is a $100 registration Fee. This Fee is non-refundable and reserves riders seat.
- Please ensure that your rider is ready to load the vehicle upon scheduled pick up. If the passenger is not prepared for pick up 5 minutes after the driver's scheduled arrival time, it will be considered a cancellation with services rendered. Upon request, clients can request for additional wait time at the rate of $1 per minute.
- Due to possible food allergies eating of any kind is prohibited.
- Every rider must obey the directions from the driver during pick-up, transport and drop-off. The driver may assign seats if necessary.
- No fighting, arguing or physical contact with another rider or the driver. Be courteous. Profanity is strictly prohibited.
- We will provide clients with any feedback pertaining to misconduct while riding in the vehicle.
- Failure to resolve misconduct with any rider will result in termination of their contract.
- We reserve the right to terminate your contract if the disruptive behavior continues.
- We understand things happen and some situations are unavoidable however sick days, weather related cancellations and call offs count towards your riders seat reservations. Pre-paid scheduled rides require a 24 hour notice (24 hrs from scheduled pick up time). Rides canceled 24 hours in advance will receive a ride credit on your next billing month or upon prior arrangements use that credit for an additional ride.
- All services are pre-paid on the first of each month. Late fees will accrue at $10 per day. Invoices not paid in full by due date will result in termination of your contract.
- Contracted Services are provided on a month to month basis. Zoom Transportation reserves the right to cancel the contract at the end of each month on grounds of failure to comply with the Rider Agreement.
